In a matter that is still on-going, Cordes was retained by a Bankruptcy Trustee to investigate and review the books and records of a debtor entity and its affiliated companies to identify transactions and/or the potential recovery of assets pertaining to various related party transactions and dealings. The initial and extensive review of the available books and records by Cordes has led to the initiation of litigation against certain related parties.
