At Cordes & Company, our financial and management professionals provide prompt and expert support for businesses and real estate in transition, litigation and distress – as well as their local and national lenders. Pat Donovan is a managing director with the firm.
Pat represents creditors in the enforcement, servicing, workout and restructure of secured financings, providing forensic accounting services as needed. He has served as court-appointed receiver for manufacturing, real estate and technology concerns, and as a court-appointed examiner in bankruptcy matters.
Pat also provides transactional advice to businesses and their lenders who are dealing with a transfer of ownership of assets – whether loans, properties or companies.
Prior to joining Cordes & Company in 2010, Pat accumulated more than 25 years of experience as a senior financial or operating officer in a wide range of public and privately held commercial real estate finance and development companies. In this capacity, he gained valuable perspective in the structuring of debt and equity financings.
Pat holds an undergraduate degree in business accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
