Cordes & Company provided forensic accounting and expert services to Tannyhill Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (“Tannyhill” or the “Company”) following the discovery of potential defalcations by a former employee of Tannyhill. Cordes identified and quantified a pattern of conversion perpetrated by the employee. Through Cordes’ efforts, the employee’s scheme of misappropriating patient refunds was identified and detailed allowing for pursuit of criminal prosecution against the perpetrator.
