Cordes & Company was appointed as Special Master by the District Court of Denver County, Colorado to review certain expenditures, transactions, and proposals affecting the assets, debts, operations, expenditures and other continuing operations of Bearcat Energy, LLC (“Bearcat”). In its role as Special Master, Cordes was appointed to review and approve (or disapprove): i) all recurring and non-recurring expenditures of Bearcat above specified threshold dollar limits; ii) the sale or acquisition of any assets; iii) the creation, sale, or transfer of any form or class of Bearcat equity; and iv) Bearcat’s commitment to any transactions with any other party or entity.
