Michael Staheli (Cordes & Company) is appointed as the Business Coordinator in a dissolution of marriage action. Due to the risk of diminishment or impairment of the marital property, the Business Coordinator supervises the activities of the Businesses, maintaining a system of tracking and accounting for crops harvested, approving the expenses, coordinating the sharing of equipment between Petitioner and Respondent, and providing financial and crop asset reports to the parties on a regular basis. He has also been attending to the insurance, banking, and financial accounting requirements of the Businesses.
