A regional trust company located in Arizona was purchased by a national bank and trust company. The operations of the merging businesses needed to be combined. Cordes & Company was retained to assist with the analysis to determine the optimum business model for the combined business. We also led the effort to build a business, operations and systems conversion plan to implement the new business model. The model and the plan provided a sound platform for the successful merger of the business groups.
