Suni Devitt is a director and senior project manager with the firm specializing primarily in real estate related matters. She is also the managing broker for Cordes & Company Realty Associates, a boutique real estate brokerage firm that provides, among other things, brokerage, and asset management support in post-receivership situations.
Experience
Suni has devoted her 30-year real estate career to working primarily as a landlord’s representative. Suni is proficient in dealing with most types of real estate including retail, industrial, office, multi-family properties. Many of her years of experience include investment sales of properties valued between $2M and $20M and on-site shopping center management. She is proficient at quickly assessing complicated circumstances and impediments to value and creatively resolving those issues usually resulting in increased property value. Suni is also adept at resolving difficult situations, leasing, property sales, work outs, valuation, negotiation, budgeting, and forecasting. She has worked on well over $500 million worth of investment sales, distressed assets in receivership and property management assignments throughout her career.
Prior to joining Cordes & Company, Suni was a partner with Sperry Van Ness Commercial Real Estate and she worked for numerous years in on-site shopping center property management for owners such as Simon Property Group, Equity Property Development, and Urban Retail Properties.

Suni holds a degree in business administration with a marketing emphasis from Colorado State University.
